Qi Gong and Breathwork for calm, clarity, and energy

Inspiral Flowstate blends Qi Gong, Soma Breathwork, and mindfulness to help you calm anxiety, find clarity, and reconnect with your natural energy. These practices restore balance to body and mind, helping you live with confidence, calm, and purpose.

My aim is simple: help people find their centre amid the storm of modern life, unlock their potential, and send positive ripples of change into the world.

FOR INDIVIDUALS: calm, focus, and renewed energy.
AND FOR TEAMS: shared experiences to boost collaboration, creativity, & connection.

I’ve spent my life immersed in creative work — from founding my design studio Squiff Creative in 2002 to producing music and multimedia projects. I now bring that same curiosity, authenticity, and dedication to Inspiral Flowstate.

I believe in taking leaps of faith, challenging convention, and embracing creativity to create something truly remarkable.

What I offer:

  • 2-hour sessions blending Qi Gong and Soma Breathwork

  • Deep states of balance, clarity, and inspiration

  • Strengthened resilience and creative spark

  • Reconnection with our lifelong ally: the breath

I feel humbled and inspired by the transformations that unfold in the sessions — the moments of insight, release, and connection that remind us of our own potential.

Step into your flow — Release stress, awaken your potential, and rediscover your authentic self.

“I'm a lifelong migraineur and, in recent years, I've experienced a worsening, probably related to neck tension, which sets off a cascade of inflammatory responses culminating in frequent migraines.  I think the gentle Qi Gong exercises and mindful breathing are rapidly helping to release neck tension and the breathwork is reducing the vascular response that triggers the migraine. It's been an amazing discovery!   I must have accumulated a lot of tension without recognising it. I'm so grateful for your introduction to QI Gong and Breathwork - I've continued to practise them every day and know they will be friends for life.  I appreciate your clear teaching and the gentle encouragement you give to the group. Thank you, Andy”
