I managed to breath hold all the way through for the first time on the last cycle. I saw a lot of colours mostly green, vibrant blue and purple. I saw space. I arrived not in a good place and left feeling totally blissed out and connected.

Unlock your full potential

Soma Breathwork combines conscious breathing with music and rhythm to help you release tension, settle the mind, and reconnect with your energy. Sessions are designed to leave you calmer, clearer, and more confident.

I discovered breathwork during a particularly challenging period in my life. It began with a dip in the cold waters of St Anthony’s Well, which left me feeling completely renewed — almost “reborn.” Curious about this profound shift, I explored the Wim Hof Method, which combines cold water exposure with breathwork and mindfulness.

Release Stress Through Breath

Practicing breathwork daily, alongside regular cold water immersion, I began to notice a radical change in my outlook on life. I explored many techniques, but Soma Breath resonated deeply with me. I took their 21-day Awakening course, which I would recommend to anyone — it’s packed with knowledge about breathwork and the experience itself takes you to a truly beautiful place. From that moment, I knew I wanted to become an instructor and share this transformative practice with others.

Soma Breath is a revolutionary approach that combines ancient pranayama techniques with purpose-built music and creative visualizations. These sessions have proven physiological and psychological benefits, helping participants relieve stress, sharpen focus, boost energy, and more. The combination of breath, music, and visualization also allows participants to enter deep meditative states where they can reprogram subconscious patterns, release limiting beliefs, and inspire positive personal change.

Cultivate Calm and Confidence

Over the past few years, I’ve developed my own style of presenting Soma Breath, blending movement, music, and guided visualization in a way that feels intuitive, immersive, and personal. It’s incredibly humbling to witness the beautiful reactions and personal transformations that unfold in each session — moments that are often deeply moving for both participants and myself.

At its core, Soma Breath is about discovering the power within yourself to optimize mind, body, and soul.

A typical session lasts between 20 and 55 minutes, each accompanied by music I compose myself — a unique soundtrack to guide you on your transformative journey.
