At the end of 2025, I was invited by Henry McGrath to take part in a film he was directing. Stepping onto set and finding myself on the other side of the camera was both fascinating and unexpectedly grounding.

A connection I made that day lead to me being interviewed for this podcast.

At the end of 2025 from Solstice through to the first weeks of 2026 I began working on some music. I was torn between creating new tracks to play when I DJ and making some new music for my breathwork sessions. 2 collections emerged from this creative flowstate, with each project informing the other.

I drink this water every day and love that I can collect it direct from nature and share during my sessions. I feel blessed to live so close to this source of natural spring water, ever flowing love, creativity, heling, liquid light. Water is Life.
