Mindful Movement for Calm and Energy
I first fell in love with Qi Gong and Tai Chi over 15 years ago. Qi Gong is a somatic practice from ancient Chinese culture that combines movement, breath, meditation, and focused awareness to balance and cultivate the body’s vital energy—known as qi or chi. The name itself can be translated as “working with life force” or “cultivating energy.”
In the West, we often spend too much time “in the head.” Qi Gong offers a way back into the body, creating space to quiet the mind, connect with the breath, and feel fully present. Through this embodied awareness, we open ourselves to the richness of each moment.
I share Qi Gong in a way that is personal and experiential—an invitation to explore, to sense, and to discover your own natural flow and inner connection.
