Breathwork Soundtracks

One of the things that first drew me to Soma Breath was the powerful role music plays in guiding the breathwork journey. Creating my own music for these sessions allows me to bring together my lifelong passion for sound with the healing potential of breathwork. Each track is designed to weave rhythm, breath, and energy into a journey that takes people deep within themselves—supporting healing, transformation, and connection.

I’ve also produced a couple of albums of ‘blank’ tracks for breathwork instructors, offering a flexible foundation they can use to create their own unique journeys. These are available on Bandcamp.

Give it a try

Here is a one-round rhythmic breathing session, ideal for starting or ending each day. Simply find a comfortable position to lay down or sit upright. Breathe in through the nose, deep into the belly, and let go through the mouth with a gentle sigh.

During the 90-second breath hold, you are always in control—if you need to take a sip of air, go ahead, and then return to the hold when you’re ready. When prompted to take a breath in and hold, gently engage the mula bandha (pelvic floor) and draw the energy upward as you hold the breath in.

This session lasts around 6 minutes, including a 90-second breath hold, followed by 10 minutes of music to simply rest, integrate, and allow the benefits of the practice to integrate deeply.
