We would just like to thank all who attended the ///pause.connect.flow retreat last weekend at The Pludds Village Hall in the Forest of Dean. It was an honour to hold space for creativity, transformation and acceptance with Aileen and Kate. These images capture some of the magic of the 2 days. We will do more of these events, so much raw emotion and deep connection made this weekend unforgettable. Thanks to all who attended and the Pludds for providing the perfect space for us to create the magic. Coupling Qi Gong, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Nature Connection with opportunity to create and express was the perfect balance to release emotions, unleash creativity and rediscover our inner child.
