I have seen the light

I experienced the Roxiva RX1 light sessions at Float in the Forest and was so inspired I made music and visuals to try and recreate the experience. Here is my review cut with the music and visuals I created. The light sessions are therapeutic, it is like a deep lucid dream state, it is relaxing and inspiring at the same time.

A review of the loom from Lightbath. Loom makes audio visual brain entrainment accessible to everyone! I have been experimenting with my loom, seeing how it integrates into my life as a graphic designer, music producer and soma breathwork instructor. Visual brain entrainment uses light patterns to guide your brain into specific states, like relaxation or focus, by syncing brainwave activity with the visual stimulus. Loom offers four unique frequency settings: Alpha guides your mind on a dreamy journey. Delta soothes a busy mind. Gamma boosts brain plasticity and aids in quicker learning. Schumann grounds you while sparking creativity and productivity.
